The Empirical Reasoning Center, in collaboration with Columbia's Digital Scholarship Unit, are excited to launch a unique spring ""hactivist"" initiative: Spot the Bot 2020. This community data project seeks to tap into the power of mass reporting suspicious and threatening content. Everything from bots, fake news, fake accounts, harmful language and deepfakes as a diligent effort to hold platforms accountable. No experience with coding/data is necessary!
