Join the Empirical Reasoning Center for workshops in Excel for Data Analysis. Workshops are first come, first serve, open to the entire Barnard/Columbia community, with priority given to current Barnard undergraduate students. Sign up through the google form below. 

 

Introduction to Excel for Data Analysis

Monday, February 18, 4:30-6 PM

Milstein 102

No experience or laptop necessary, come to learn the basics of Excel for data analysis. We will be covering calculations, functions, sorting, and charting. 

 

Intermediate Excel for Data Analysis

Wednesday, February 20, 4:30-6 PM

Milstein 102

No laptop necessary. This workshop is a follow up to our introductory workshop on Monday, but can be completed with excel experience that is equivalent to the topics covered in the introductory workshop. We will be covering VLOOKUP, conditional statements, nested formulas, and pivot tables.
